Hotel Reservation

The EFA 2002 offers pre-booked hotel accommodations in various price categories and with special rates. If you wish to take advantage of the EFA participant rate you are advised to book early. The hotels will accept reservations on a first come-first serve basis. Due to the contracts with the hotels, accommodations cannot be guaranteed after the end of the early registration period (June 15). We strongly recommend that you make your hotel reservation early.

To make your reservation please call the hotels directly or send an e-mail or a fax. Please note that the EFA 2002 organizer and Humboldt University will not make hotel reservations on your behalf. (If there are special problems, however, please let us know.)

You will need to quote the reference name ‘EFA 2002’ and be prepared to give the following information:
  • Name and address of guests
  • Date of arrival and departure
  • Room type
  • Number of guests
  • Credit card number as guarantee

    Cancellations must be made in writing to the Hotel at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. The hotel will charge for no-shows to the individual’s credit card.
    The times for check-in and check-out are given below. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement.
